The installation disinfects water using an electric discharge plasma. Ionized gas destroys up to 99.9% of microbes, bacteria, viruses, microalgae and fungi due to oxidative processes. Cold plasma also purifies water from inorganic contaminants, for example, asbestos, organochlorine, heavy metals.
Unlike more common ozone-based plasma cleaners, the new technology is based on the production of hydroxyl radicals. This method allows you to bypass all the obstacles that are beyond the power of ozone analogues, namely high energy consumption and excessive heat generation.
How it works
Microorganisms are destroyed by hydroxyl radicals, after which they are converted into carbon dioxide and water. Inorganic particles under the influence of plasma decompose to neutral salts and precipitate.

Water remains useful
⦿ It saturates the water with oxygen due to the treatment with a cold plasma discharge in a gas-air mixture. Unlike other methods of purification (for example, UV radiation), cold plasma does not destroy the beneficial salts required by the body – the water remains “alive” and useful.

⦿ Unit treats water in a continuous stream passing through the plasma discharge zone. This technology reduces energy consumption by several times in comparison with classical methods. Also, the operating cost of the unit is low.
Environmentally safe
⦿ Water treatment occurs at atmospheric pressure, without use of chemicals, antiseptics, radiation or high temperatures. It is an environmentally friendly method of disinfection. Plasma does not overheat water. Unlike ozone plasma cleaners, the device does not emit excess heat during operation.
